What is Florida’s Forgotten Coast?
It was 1991 and once again a Florida tourism promotion group had published a map that completely “forgot” to acknowledge the existence of a delightful coastal section of Florida Panhandle extending from Mexico Beach (eastern Bay County) on the west to St. Marks (Wakulla County) on the east. A group of local business leaders decided the appropriate moniker for the region was “Florida’s Forgotten Coast.”
Since that time, St. Joseph’s Peninsula St. Park near Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, was ranked America’s #1 Beach for its sparkling, tranquil waters and towering white sand dunes. And, many
Spectacular beach rental homes have taken the place of fishing camps along nearly remote shorelines.
Important notice: International buyers of U. S. real estate now is the time to take advantage of the weak dollar and a great inventory of depressed American properties. It is a buyer's market in the United States of America and I have a large inventory of Florida coastal and waterfront properties. My Florida real estate holdings include Beachfront, bay front, Intracoastal waterway, creek front, acreage, waterfront investment tracts, entitled subdivisions, and much more. Don't delay and take advantage of my developers liquidation, the weak American dollar, and unprecedented bargains in U. S. real estate.
